    TUF-Line Braid - New for 2010

We have recently added two new braided lines to the site, both are new into the UK for 2010. These braids are specifically designed for use on spinning reels and when we tried them out at the end of last season we were suitable impressed.

TUF-Line XP and TUF-Line Duracast are the new braids both produced by a US company, Western Filament Inc. for more details check out the TUF-Line website at www.tuf-line.com

    • TUF-Line XP is a traditional braid however, it is extremely thin and very stong. Aerospace technology has been used during the production process to put the braid under so much tension that the end product is more compact and has a rounder profile than many other braids. Click here for more.
    • TUF-Line Duracast is a slightly differenty line, it is marketed as 'the braided solution for spinning reels', here's why: It has a monofilament core which is covered with spectra fibre braid, this is then melted togther alowing both materials to fuse. Creating a very durable line with all the benefits of monofiliament but most importantly with zero stretch. This is something that helped it win the Best New Braid Award at last years European Fishing Tackle Association show! Click here for more.

If you're looking for a new braid don't be afraid to give TUF-Line a go, you won't be disapointed.
